At Kacie’s Sauces & Seasonings, we work hard to ensure your order arrives fresh, safe, and on time.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

  • During peak seasons, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost.


3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental U.S. after processing.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States.

  • Due to food safety regulations, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally unless otherwise stated.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package.


6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can arrange a refund or replacement.

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing or stolen. Please contact your carrier directly in those cases.


7. Incorrect Address Policy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • Kacie’s Sauces & Seasonings is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
