Return & Refund Policy

At Kacie’s Sauces & Seasonings, we are committed to delivering high-quality, great-tasting products every time. Because our sauces and seasonings are perishable food items, we are not legally allowed to accept returns once the product has left our facility.

Refunds & Replacements

We will gladly issue a refund or replacement if:

  • Your order arrives damaged, broken, or leaking.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • An item from your order is missing.

How to Request a Refund/Replacement

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@kacieacres.com.

  • Provide your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Replacements will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Not Eligible for Refunds/Replacement

We cannot issue refunds or replacements for:

  • Opened or partially consumed products.

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery.

  • Issues related to personal taste preferences.
