Return & Refund Policy
At Kacie’s Sauces & Seasonings, we are committed to delivering high-quality, great-tasting products every time. Because our sauces and seasonings are perishable food items, we are not legally allowed to accept returns once the product has left our facility.
Refunds & Replacements
We will gladly issue a refund or replacement if:

Your order arrives damaged, broken, or leaking.

You receive the wrong item.

An item from your order is missing.
How to Request a Refund/Replacement

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@kacieacres.com.

Provide your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Replacements will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Not Eligible for Refunds/Replacement
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for:

Opened or partially consumed products.

Requests made after 7 days of delivery.

Issues related to personal taste preferences.
