This hot honey is the real deal. The spice-to-sweetness ratio is dialed in perfectly. You get that warm, slow-building heat that creeps up just as the honey's natural sweetness rolls in to balance it out. Not the kind of hot honey that's all gimmick and burn, and not the kind that's just sugar with a whisper of pepper either. It's the actual sweet spot.
I've been drizzling it on everything chicken, pizza, cheese boards, even a little on my lunch sandwhich. It elevates every single thing it touches. Genuinely one of those pantry staples you don't realize you needed until you run out and start rationing the last few drops.
